This unique service is offered to produce model prototypes formed from multiple materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build.
Like Trevor can build 3d prints in nearly all the materials supplied, with only colour being the exception.
Carol the 3d printer can normally be found with the tough durable Digital ABS locked and loaded ready for action. She can build using the toughest material whilst offering a very smooth surface finish and decent HDT.
Named after Carol Hardy of TCT, Carol has recently hit the big time featuring on Sky News’ Swipe show. (Much to the delight of the real Carol.)
He builds models in a single material using 16 or 30 micron layers. Mainly printing in VeroClear, VeroWhite, VeroBlack, VeroGray and MED610
Robbie always has the customers best interests at heart, as he always under-estimates build time. This leads to clients receiving slightly cheaper 3D Printed parts!

Builds models in just about every material Stratasys supply and has a build area of 500 x 400 x 200mm.
The first Connex system to arrive in the U.K. after it’s release. IPF have him mainly set to print in a rigid and flexible combination which means clients have the choice of building parts in multi-material combinations and in a range of flexible shore hardness’ – in black or a transparent combination.
Named after our friend and now happily retired Trevor Bentley, formerly of Ford Motor Company.
Leo does it all and he’s the only Connex3 currently out there offering a service. He prints in colour, combinations of the digital ABS and flexible shore hardness’.
He’s been printing colour parts using VeroCyan, VeroMagenta and VeroYellow all year and we’ve had some great fun learning how Adobes Photoshop will bring even more colour blends. He’ll print in all the materials and both 16 and 30 micron layers depending on what material we have loaded.

Our two large robust Additive Manufacturing systems, both can supply parts built in a range of coloured ABS or the extremely strong and robust Nylon12. Or if high heat resistance is what you’re looking for with low smoke viscosity we can load them with Ultem.
Main uses for this pair is moving quite noticeably to rapid manufacturing, end use parts produced directly from a professional printer that go directly into everyday use.
