VeroGray. This new 3D printing and Rapid Prototyping material from IPF 3D Printing provides dimensional stability, great detail and excellent surface surface finish for your 3D Prints and rapid prototype models.

A unique combination of low Water Absorption value (ASTM D570-98 24Hr) and Heat Deflection Temperature (ASTM D-648) enables VeroGray 3D prototypes to maintain their dimensional stability in changing environmental conditions such as transit.

VeroGray also offers excellent Flexural Strength (95 MPa) and Flexural Modulus along with Tensile Strength of 60 MPa making it ideal for engineering simulation and structural testing prototyping. With the superb surface quality and detail visualization of the opaque, rigid VeroGray material, 3D rapid prototyped models look and feel like moulded plastic parts. This is valuable whenever plastic simulation is required in your 3D Printed models, prototypes for toys, automotive products, consumer goods and electronics along with medical prototypes and architectural models can all benefit from this new material and it's Fit, Form and Function qualities.

VeroGray can be printed in high quality 16 micron layers or 30 micron layers for high speed prototypes. Offering you this high speed option can make this 3D printing process more affordable and help fit your budget.

VeroGray is an acrylic based prototyping material so finishing, painting and even metal plating are easily achievable. So you're prototypes and 3D printed parts can look and feel like the finished product.

Fit and form testing capabilities, are inherent to Objet PolyJet printed parts due to the parts' smooth surfaces and fine details. VeroGray further enhances ability to evaluate designs by enabling rigorous engineering simulation. FullCure®850 VeroGray allows mechanical engineers and designers in various markets and industries to create functional prototypes requiring the simulation of plastic.

- Deflection Temperature at 0.46 MPa = 95°C
- Deflection Temperature at 1.8 MPa = 85°C
- Melting Point = 130°C

This is why they call VeroGray – Objet’s 3D Printing Best in Class
