Rigid and Flexible 3D Printing
Our Objet Eden 330 offers the only bureau service in the UK that can produce rigid and flexible prototyping. The Objet PolyJet 3D printing process rivals Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and gives an excellent surface finish that requires very little if any finishing. The Objet 3D printing process is the latest development in the rapid prototyping field, using 16 micron layers it creates accurate detailed prototypes in the fastest possible time. With the Objet 3D printing technology IPF can offer a true next day service and dependant on model size, we have also on occasions been able to provide customers with a same day service.
Models benefit from:
 Layer thickness 16microns.
Selection of colours available including Transparent, Black, White, Blue and Grey
Minimal stair effect, i.e. smooth side walls.
Large build size 340 x 330 x 200mm (Material can be cemented together to produce larger models)
Complicated geometries, i.e. overhangs and undercuts achievable.
Durable material enables snap fit and functional applications.
Material can be machined, drilled, tapped, polished, painted and chrome-plated.
Ideal for producing silicon moulds to produce vacuum castings.
