Perfactory Materials
For General Prototyping, Visualisation and Vacuum Casting Master Patterns Perfactory R11 (Generally used for smaller parts)
Perfactory R11 is a liquid photopolymer that produces robust, accurate and functional parts. The material offers superior chemical resistance, a wide processing latitude, and excellent tolerance to a broad temperature and humidity range during and after build.
Perfactory R5 (Generally used for larger parts) Perfactory R5 is a liquid photopolymer that produces robust, accurate and functional parts. The material offers superior chemical resistance, a wide processing latitude, and excellent tolerance to a broad temperature and humidity range during and after build. Parts created from Perfactory R5 exhibit superior fatigue properties, strong memory retention, and high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces. Perfactory R5 also offers a good balance of properties between rigidity and functionality.
For Investment Casting Perfactory PIC-100 The PIC-100 liquid photopolymer is a resin that melts into a liquid wax-like material during investment casting without the need for any high temperature burnout cycles. While there are other wax-based materials on the market, they tend to be far more brittle and harder to finish when compared with the models built on the Perfactory system using the PIC-100 resin.
PIC-100 can produce the highest quality details without sacrificing on toughness and ease of handling.
For Applications Requiring Good Temperature Resistance, and / or Stiffness Perfactory NanoCure RC25 Envisiontec NanoCure RC25 is a nanoparticle filled material that produces strong, stiff, high temperature resistant, composite parts on the Perfactory® machine. Parts created with Envisiontec NanoCure RC25 have an opaque peach color appearance.
Envisiontec NanoCure 25 is ideal for applications requiring superior stiffness and a high heat deflection temperature. Current applications include automotive components, pump housings, wind tunnel test parts, pump impellers, light reflectors,injection molds and hard chrome plating.
Bio-Compatible Applications Perfactory E-Shell E-shell 200 is a medium viscosity liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant parts that are biocompatible. Parts created with E-Shell can be used in medical applications such as shell manufacturing in the hearing aid industry, or bio medical components. E-shell material is available in beige, tan, mocha, pink.
