ABS-M30™ is up to 25 to 70 percent stronger than standard ABS and is an ideal material for conceptual modelling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools and end-use-parts. ABS-M30 has greater tensile, impact and flexural strength than standard ABS and layer bonding is significantly stronger for a more durable part. This results in more realistic functional tests and higher quality parts for end use.

ABS-M30 enables you to prototype in this popular production thermoplastic on Performance 3D Production Systems. This strong, familiar material lets you explore more ideas, test frequently, work efficiently – and ultimately take better products to market faster.

Engineered for 3D printing with FDM Technology, ABS-M30 is ideal for concept models and moderate-requirement parts including functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing tooling and production parts. Colours include natural, white, black, dark grey, red and blue.

Additionally this soluble material can be used as the main material for items such as soluble cores- creating custom carbon fibre ducting has never been easier.

3. All Electrical Property values were generated from the average of test plaques built with default part density ( solid). Test plaques were 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.1 inches (102 x 102 x 2.5 mm) and were built both in the flat and vertical orientation. The range of values is mostly the result of the difference in properties of test plaques built in the flat vs. vertical orientation.
