ABS-M30i

ABS-M30i gives you biocompatible parts with excellent mechanical properties that are well suited for conceptual modelling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools, and end-use-parts.

ABS-M30i is a biocompatible 3D printing material that lets medical, pharmaceutical and food-packaging engineers and designers produce surgical planning models, tools and fixtures for in-house use, produced directly from CAD data.

ABS-M30i works with FDM Technology to build functional prototypes, tooling and production parts that can be gamma or EtO sterilized. This engineering thermoplastic has good mechanical strength and complies with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI.

FDM Technology offers a soluble support material for ABS-M30i, so support removal is efficient and hands-free.

4. All Electrical Property values were generated from the average of test plaques built with default part density (solid). Test plaques were 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.1 inches (102 x 102 x 2.5 mm) and were built both in the flat and vertical orientation. The range of values is mostly the result of the difference in properties of test plaques built in the flat vs. vertical orientation.
