Rubber-like

A variety of elastomer characteristics including Shore scale A hardness, elongation at break, tear resistance and tensile strength.

With Rubber-like PolyJet photopolymers, you can simulate rubber with different levels of hardness, elongation and tear resistance. Grey, black, white and translucent, Rubber-like material enables you to simulate a very wide variety of finished products, from soft-grip handles to footwear. With Connex3 systems, you can add colour to the mix for exceptional final-product realism.

The family of Rubber-like materials offers a variety of elastomer characteristics including Shore scale A hardness, elongation at break, tear resistance and tensile strength. Ideal for modelling parts that need to be fine-detailed and realistic but also durable enough to be used for design verification and testing. Rubber-like material is useful for many modelling applications including: Exhibition and communication models, rubber surrounds and over-moulding, soft-touch coatings and nonslip surfaces for tooling or prototypes knobs, grips, pulls, handles, gaskets, seals, hoses and footwear. These excellent heat resistant materials can be combined with other materials to achieve specific Shore A hardness values, colours and textures for maximum versatility.
