Industrial 3D Printing

IPFL provides professional 3D printing for functional prototypes, complex components and low-volume production parts. With SLA, MJF, FDM and PolyJet technologies in-house, we can select the most appropriate process based on strength, accuracy, surface finish, material requirements and production quantity. This allows us to respond quickly to design changes and manufacture parts that may be difficult or uneconomical to produce using conventional methods.

3D Printing Services

Micro 3D Printing

Micro 3D printing enables highly detailed plastic components with features far smaller than conventional additive manufacturing can reliably achieve. Using high-resolution PµSL technology, IPFL manufactures precision microfluidic parts, miniature mechanical components, connectors, lattices and other complex geometries for development and production applications. It is particularly suited to projects where very fine features, tight dimensional control and rapid design iteration are required.
