We have built large enclosures, large enough to encase a Nissan 4×4, and small ones for the most compact Raspberry Pi setup. For machine controllers to hi-fi housings, brain scanners to anemometers, the range of materials which we can utilise are extensive – we can produce enclosures with tough nylon, chemical resistant Ultem, high-resolution epoxy, or shocking high clarity acrylic.
We can even tailor the performance to your requirements with UV blocking materials, hard-coatings, graphite ESD coatings, and custom paint jobs, including the ‘mattest matte black’ for light absorption applications.
IPF can offer you high-quality machined, fabricated and 3D printed bespoke enclosures and components, created to your exact specification, using the latest high-speed milling machines, 3D printers and fabrication techniques. Expect high accuracy profiles, bosses and cut-outs for interfaces, displays, keypads, panels, cable in- and outputs.
