The Game-Changer: Dual Resolution Technology 

The D1025 is unlike any micro 3D printer on the market. Powered by BMF’s proven Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, it offers the unique ability to print at both 10µm and 25µm resolutions or even combine both in hybrid mode with different resolutions in different layers of the same part.

Intelligent Print Parameters: The system automatically adjusts roller frequency and resin levelling delay times based on printing area and material viscosity. Manual control remains available for specialised applications. 

Automatic Resin Management: Precise, automated adjustment of resin levels in the vat ensures optimal printing conditions for materials with viscosity under 500cPs. 

Time-Saving Hardware: Magnetic platforms enable rapid installation and removal. The side-shifting membrane system eliminates the need for membrane removal between builds, maximising uptime. An integrated scraper and roller eliminate air bubbles and reduces levelling time. 

Adaptive Heating: The resin vat heating system ensures compatibility with diverse materials and complex environmental conditions.

The D1025 is compatible with BMF’s full range of functional engineering-grade photosensitive resins, including biocompatible, high-temperature, chemical-resistant, and specialised materials. This versatility ensures we can match material properties precisely to your application requirements. 

Advanced PµSL Technology 

BMF’s Projection Micro Stereolithography technology enables rapid photopolymerization of liquid polymer layers using UV-LED light at 405nm wavelength. The improved DLP projection system features larger projection zones that result in faster print times while maintaining the ultra-high precision and excellent surface finish PµSL is known for.
